INSTRUCTIONS: Please select a sponsorship tier by indicating a quantity in the quantity field to the right of the sponsorship level(s). If you wish to purchase 1 Sponsor level sponsorship, put a 1 in the quantity box next to Sponsor. To purchase individual tickets, indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase in the quantity field to the right of that ticket option.

Photography and Video:

Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by CHAPA without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. CHAPA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by CHAPA. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed/videotaped subject, parent, or legal guardian. A person attending a CHAPA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact CHAPA directly.
